Good Friends

Emily's good friend, Brooks, met us at the playground this morning. Emily and Brooks were born just a few weeks apart, and have been together at church and school since they were babies. They always have a great time playing together, and had a blast today chasing each other down the slides!

Tonight was UNA's first game of the season. We got all decked out in our purple and gold, and went to cheer on the Lions. Emily had a great time with all of her little friends. She wasn't particularly fond of Leo....she liked watching him from a distance....a LONG distance :) She likes her stuffed Leo much better than the live one.

Fun Friday!!!

Peyton came to stay with us today. We spent the morning at the church's preschool playground. Emily and Peyton had a blast. They played so hard, and were very red-faced. They were both covered from head to toe in dirt :)

On Wednesday, we took Daddy to the river for a fun picnic!

First Day of School!!!

Emily started back to Day School yesterday. She was all set with her Dora backpack and lunchbox, that she insisted on carrying all by herself :)

Best Buddies

These were taken Saturday night. It was so cute. Emily couldn't take a step without Sadie being right at her heels, and Emily loved it. She would make bubbles with her mower, and Sadie would chase them and pop them. And, she just had to have Sadie in her playhouse too!!! Sadie is a trooper!!!

Daddy's Home!!!

Scott left Monday for business travel in Virginia. Needless to say, we missed him GREATLY. These pictures were taken yesterday as little Emily patiently waited on his arrival. She waited....
