Emily was asked to be part of a photo shoot for our annual utilities water report that goes out to all residents of Lauderdale County. Of course, she was happy to oblige since the pictures were taken at her favorite location....the splash pad!!! The top picture made the cover of the water report! Thanks to Wray Dillard for the fabulous photography and for allowing Emily to be a part!!!
